You can register your place by downloading one of the forms below, and then returning the form by email to conferences@parlicentre.org or by fax to 0845 606 1539. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Registration forms are available for download in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Portable Document Format. The Word version is recommended as the form can be filled in directly using a PC.

If you are using Microsoft Windows and find yourself unable to view either of these documents then you will need to download and install either the Microsoft Word Viewer or Adobe Reader software packages. If you are using a PC that you do not own then please consult with your system administrator before doing so.
